Your free two weeks begin when you book your first class. Must be redeemed by October 31, 2022.
On September 30th at 5:30pm in recognition of the National Truth and Reconciliation day, aka Orange Shirt day, we invite you to join a Karma yoga class in the spirit of reconciliation, and to honour those who have been impacted by Canada’s residential school system.
This is a free class, although we suggest a $5 donation to support Urban Native Youth Association an organization doing amazing things for indigenous youth in the community.
By respectfully acknowledging that Heights Yoga and Wellness is on the ancestral and unceded homelands of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh speaking peoples, and sincerely appreciating the opportunity to hold our studio on this territory, we are proud to support an association that empowers and amplifies the voices of indigenous youth.
