Heights Yoga, partnering with Wholebody Paradigm’s extensive experience in delivering Yoga Alliance certified trainings, will offer a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training this fall.

If you are curious about:
  • transforming your life through the ancient teachings of yoga
  • enhancing your yoga practice
  • increasing your understanding of yoga philosophy
  • assisting others on their yogic journey

This program is perfect for you! It provides a solid foundation in yoga, teaching methodology, anatomy, and philosophy. By the end, you’ll have the tools to confidently lead your own yoga classes.

Weekends: Saturday & Sundays 9am – 5pm in person (except a few Sunday mornings online)

Weeknights: Wednesdays & Fridays 6pm-9pm online

Supporting through Karma Classes

Effective Mar 1st, with your help, Karma classes will be supporting Dixon Transition Society.

These are free Classes with a minimum suggested donation of $5.00. All proceeds will go towards this amazing organization that has been supporting the community since 1973. “Dixon Transition Society helps to reduce the impact of domestic violence by providing a safe haven for women and children. Transitional housing programs, counselling and outreach services form a continuum of care to help women and children live a life free from violence”
