Explore Tai Chi Yang Style 24 Form: Flow with slow movements and deep breaths, fostering energy harmony within.
Poses for Peace: Embrace graceful, deliberate poses focusing on breath and inner energy flow.

Join Howie: A 5th-degree black belt with 30+ yrs in Wushu and 15+ yrs in Tai Chi.

Heights Yoga, partnering with Wholebody Paradigm’s extensive experience in delivering Yoga Alliance certified trainings, will offer a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training this fall.

This program is perfect for you! It provides a solid foundation in yoga, teaching methodology, anatomy, and philosophy. By the end, you’ll have the tools to confidently lead your own yoga classes.
Weekends: Saturday & Sundays 9am – 5pm in person (except a few Sunday mornings online)
Weeknights: Wednesdays & Fridays 6pm-9pm online
