On September 30th at 5:30pm in recognition of the National Truth and Reconciliation day, aka Orange Shirt day, we invite you to join a Karma yoga class in the spirit of reconciliation, and to honour those who have been impacted by Canada’s residential school system.
This is a free class, although we suggest a $5 donation to support Urban Native Youth Association an organization doing amazing things for indigenous youth in the community.
