We invite you to get curious about connecting your body with your breath in community.
Your Journey starts here
With its ancient origins from India, Yoga intends to reduce the fluctuations of the mind while linking movement to breath. Although Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, modern yoga is mainly associated with the physical practice of asanas or poses .

Health from the inside out
Hatha
A way of moving your body mindfully into various yoga poses (asanas). This class focuses on controlled breathing (pranayama) while holding poses for several breaths before moving onto the next one. We offer HOT, warm and non-heated Hatha classes.
Flow
In this class, you move from one shape or pose directly onto the next one with the help of your breath. Although the pace of the flow varies from one instructor to the next, transitions are coordinated with your breath. Enjoy a Hot or non-heated flow class!
Power Flow
This would be considered a Flow on steroids! Similar to a Flow, a Power Flow Class uses breath to transition through poses, however, the postures can be challenging generating deeper sensations.
Fit
These classes use light weights or bands and high repetition exercises to challenge your fitness and muscle strength targeting both your upper and lower body.
Yin
This style targets the deepest tissues- ligaments, joints, and fascia– with longer-held poses. A much slower-paced class, Yin’s meditative approach provides deep relaxation. Whether you choose a Hot or non-heated YIN class, your body will feel amazing.
Yogalates
This class provides an effective way to build and maintain a strong core, improve posture, and keep your body mobile. A fusion between yoga and mat pilates. This is a great class for all levels and variations are provided.
Traditional Indian Yoga class
One of our most popular HOT classes, consists of a combination of Hatha and flows to challenge your strength, flexibility and cardio while emphasizing pranayama (breathing techniques).

Our Happy Guests
Thank you Yuen, Nash and Howie for saving yoga in our community!
The studio is gorgeous, with unique natural features, like hemp walls. The main studio is spacious, the change room is huge, complete with showers and lockers. There is an amazing variety of classes. I love that the Heights team allows the instructors to teach their own practice as opposed to following some franchise model of doing the exact same sequence over and over and over. I love the traditional Indian classes, the Sat morning Power Flow and the Sunday morning Hot Core Flow.
I'm so grateful that the studio was able to make it through all the restrictions and I genuinely feel like a valued student.
I can’t say enough about the wonderful teachers and team. It’s really a special place. I highly recommend this studio to anyone with an interest in gaining the incredible benefits – physical, spiritual, and social – a practice of yoga can provide.
